We work for our clients – we work closely with each of our clients from first invitation or contact to project completion and beyond. We are well versed at working on all types of pre-planned and design build projects. We work closely with the general contractors and their teams to maximize the projects budget and schedule. Our understanding of building code requirements, products available and what we are capable of has proven time and again to benefit our clients immensely in this regard.
We work as a team – When we walk onto site, our commitment to our people and our clients is evident. We focus strongly on safety and working with the other trades to ensure that we all succeed in completing the project efficiently.
We reach our goals – This is a huge benefit to our clients as our goals are shaped by the client’s ultimate goal of a completed, successful build finished on schedule and on budget.

We work safely – We have worked and continue to work diligently to maintain our COR accreditation, an accreditation we have had since 2007. We employ a full time Safety Administrator and several Safety Leads for our various projects to ensure that every project has the resources it needs to be completed safely and effectively.

Our dedication to our employees and their dedication to the company is what ultimately drives Gyp-Tec forward. Our people are the key to Gyp-Tec’s successful growth and it is they who help us to continue improving our services, quality, and efficiency.
Gyp-Tec Drywall humbly began in 2005 as a two-man team in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Fast forward 15+ years and the original two members are still here. With time, the team has grown substantially. On average Gyp-Tec employs a core of 35 employees but we have fluctuated to as many as 150 when needed. Many of our core members are long-term employees from the early days and we take great pride in their loyalty and commitment to Gyp-Tec.
Over the years we have expanded our team to include many valued and experienced employees. We maintain a cumulative staff of long-term and recently hired employees. Gyp-Tec focuses on building a team that gels well, provides consistency to our clients, and works diligently to stay at the top of the industry.
